for enterprises

Move at the speed AI now moves, without displacing the people who hold the context.

Your edge is decades of client context. We make your people faster with it, not replaceable by it.

The gap isn’t capability. It’s readiness.

Deloitte’s State of AI in the Enterprise 2026 survey of 3,235 senior leaders across 24 countries scored talent readiness at 20%, the weakest of the five dimensions it measured, and named insufficient worker skills the biggest barrier to integrating AI into real workflows.

MIT’s NANDA project (The GenAI Divide: State of AI in Business 2025) found roughly 95% of enterprise GenAI pilots deliver no measurable P&L impact. The report attributes this to a learning gap in organizations, not to model quality, and found pilots built with external partners reached deployment about 67% of the time, against 33% for teams building alone.

That readiness gap is the problem we work on.

Assess. Level up. Crown superstars.

Assess. We map where your departments actually stand on the AI trust ladder so the work targets the gaps you have rather than the ones anyone assumes.

Level up. Foundational L0 and L1 team training across the major departments that run your business, on their real work rather than exercises.

Crown superstars. Then we train your champions into the AI leadership roles successful adoption depends on: the architect who builds the platform and the director who governs the spend. One superstar or several, scoped to your needs, and composed session by session. The capability stays resident inside your team, and the engagement is finished when you no longer need us.

Training that leaves evidence.

Under Article 4 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), providers and deployers of AI systems must ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff. The obligation has applied since 2 February 2025, and national authorities gained formal supervisory and enforcement powers over it on 2 August 2026.

Our engagements produce the paperwork as well as the skill: role-based competency records, documented methodology, and coverage mapping. If a regulator asks how your people were trained, the answer exists in writing, for your staff and for the contractors in scope alongside them.

How we run.

Client data stays in your systems; we work inside your boundaries. Credentials are scoped to the engagement and revoked the day it ends. A human signs off on anything that acts on your systems or your customers.

We also spend compute like it costs money, because it does. The discipline we teach is the discipline we run on.
