Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy — Cruse Control LLC

Last updated: 11 August 2026

This policy explains how our subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and when we give refunds. It is part of our Terms of Service and uses the same defined terms. If you have any question about a charge, email contact@crusecontrol.ai — billing problems are almost always fastest to fix directly with us.

What we sell

Cruse Control LLC ("Cruse Control", "we", "us") sells AI training and support services for individuals and businesses:

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax.

Automatic renewal — read before you subscribe

These same terms are shown to you at checkout, next to the consent box, before you pay. We keep a record of the disclosure you agreed to.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time, online, in one step, from your account page at crusecontrol.ai/account — the same place and the same way you subscribed. No phone call, no email, no retention flow.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

If the online cancellation ever fails to work for you, email contact@crusecontrol.ai and we will cancel it for you.

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable, with these exceptions and no others:

There are no pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods when you cancel: you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, our payment processor.

Failed payments and chargebacks

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until it succeeds. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, we may suspend access while the dispute is open. Contact us first — we can usually resolve a billing problem faster than a dispute can.

Billing questions and customer service

Anything wrong with a charge, or any billing question: contact@crusecontrol.ai. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we will notify you in advance the same way as changes to the Terms of Service. Changes apply from your next renewal, not retroactively.
